PROBLEM STATEMENT;
There are two parts/ two sides of the problem I have stated,
Business Related;
We know that there are large number of people and students who live in hotels and hostels who feed on the ready to eat food buy from the restaurants. Eating the tasty but spicy and oily food regularly make them unhealthy and sick.
As we also know that there are plenty of hotels and restaurants that provide the food, first thing is that they always care about the taste, and for this purpose to make seductive taste to attract the customers they don’t care about the quantity of the ingredients and quality of it. Like add large amount of oil to make it tasty, without caring that it might have bad effect on customer health. We even know that companies that provide the food services by saying that “taste like Home” also only care about the taste buds.
Related to Social welfare:
Target audience: needy single mothers or widows,
There are so many women with children in Pakistan who have no male to earn money and fulfill their basic needs. They need to find the job but owning to illiteracy it’s also not possible but whatever it is almost all women knows how to cook the food. In this business we will give such women an opportunity to earn the money into the most respectful way.
Business model;
We will rent a place and buy the basic cooking equipment and other necessities. We will hire the employs (needy women) and cook the basic meals like plao (rice dish), chicken karahi and two different vegetable curries at the initial stage and sell them on FOOD PANDA.
Our food will be good quality and nutritious. We’ll even try to achieve the stander certification to make our food certified to win the belief of customers. Our logo won’t be ‘taste like home’ but will be “healthy and nutritious like home”.
We will organize everything and will have a supervisor to check the whole process and keep an eye on the employees. Due to the knowledge of food technology, the maintenance of quality and safety of the food will be on spot.
